Effox Oy is a consulting company founded in 2022. We focus especially on the logistics processes of SAP ECC and S/4HANA, such as procurement (MM), sales and distribution (SD) and warehouse management (WM & EWM). We have worked in implementation projects, rollout projects, update projects, small development, support and maintenance (AMS) as well as project management tasks.

Experience

We have experience in the manufacturing, retail and wholesale industry. We are also very familiar with the special features of the pharmaceutical industry (GxP).

Solutions

In assignments, we aim at identifying the optimal solution for the defined need, which can be implemented with SAP's standard functions, customized solutions or third-party extensions. However, it is particularly important to pay attention to the benefits and usability of the solutions.

Examples of completed assignments

Lead Consultant in an SAP ECC and SCM rollout project

Responsibile for setting up SAP sales and distribution, defining customized solutions, coordinating the work of SAP consultants, go-live planning.

In less than a year, it was possible for the client company to start the business in Sweden utilizing and extending the SAP solutions which were in use in Finland.

Project Manager in an SAP Decentralized EWM on S/4HANA implementation project

The main tasks were project planning, coordinating work as well as progress monitoring and reporting.

The work was organized as an agile project and the implementation phase was divided into two-week sprints. After the preparations, the implementation phase was completed in only 11 weeks.

EWM consultant in an SAP S/4HANA upgrade project

Tasks included evaluating and presenting the most significant benefits of the latest version, testing the updated version, reporting and investigating errors, implementing fixes, defining and coordinating development work.

The upgrade project was completed on schedule, despite a large and complex system landscape

Who we are

Andreas Rämö

Has worked with SAP systems since 2010 as a Consultant, Solution Expert, Team Manager and Head of Department.

Andreas has experience in both small and large assignments as well as contract negotiations, acquiring licenses, working on strategy and roadmaps, project management and organizing personnel.
